AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!! Avoid this place like it’s a plague. Front desk lady the Iranian one her customer service is so bad she does not know how to communicate with customers. When you ask for appointments they never have any or on the day they will cancel your appointments . The rare time you are seen by a dentist he will touch the teeth that don’t concern him and then a few days later you will have to chase them about another issue but due to the excuse of an appointment you will have to call 111.
Such an amazing staff the receptionist very welcoming the doctors did such an amazing job on my very first appointment. Couldn’t thank whole team enough. Thank you for your services
Very rude receptionist. Very disrespectful and has no manners . Hanged up the phone on me and wouldn’t let me get an appointment. The receptionist said she will take me off the dentist nhs list because I rescheduled my appointment which is strange to understand as I called early way before my appointment time . I’m shocked she’s in such a professional industry and needs to be told off for this and cannot continues to behave like this way and clearly I’m not the only patient who complained about this .The patients are here to see real professional doctors , not a rude little receptionist . I would highly recommend this practice. Very friendly, efficient and professional staff. The receptionist was accommodating and welcoming and the dentist did a great job with my teeth with a smile on her face. The place is clean and well kept. I will be back!
