I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough, and I feel genuinely grateful for the care I received from Dr Rubina and Nurse Leah. I went in for an extremely complex root canal procedure, fully aware that it was going to be challenging. My appointment was cancelled, then asked to request for a refund request to get my deposit back. They said it was policy but a member of staff took my account number and sort code on the day of cancellation? I then asked for a number to call as I would like to speak to someone; I was 22nd on the queue.
