It's easy to give five stars for Dr Martin who has been my dentist for longer than i can remember. He is kind and helpful and always does a great job in sorting out my dental issues. The atmosphere in the practice is welcoming and relaxed and it seems that staff retention is incomparable - i always see the same receptionists and dental nurses - it must be a great place to work to keep the staff for so long. I needed to have a number of fillings which included the removal and replacement of an old crown. The whole experience was reassuring and i am one happy customer - i highly recommend…
Terrible, most of the staff is a professional aside from Dr Hussain who was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. I asked 2 questions regarding repairing my filling politely and he responded in a rude tone by stating he had been in this profession for over 20 years and and that I am asking to many questions and threatened that he would request for me to leave. I was in such disbelief in the moment and with my experience. Review for Dr. Hayden Murr Around 15 years ago, Dr. Murr fitted two veneers for me on the NHS. One of them was done absolutely perfectly – 10/10 – and it has lasted beautifully all these years. Unfortunately, the second veneer gave me ongoing issues, as it seemed not to fit quite right and would come off roughly once a year. I believe I had to go back to have it reattached at least 10–15 times over the years. From what I now understand, veneers should usually last 10–15 years if fitted properly, so I do feel I was unlucky in this case. The veneer eventually came off again around 7 years a…
I used to come to this practice as a child and teenager, always seen by the lovely Dr. Martin Hussain. Although my last visit was back in 2008 (I live very far from the practice), I’ve never forgotten his kind and wonderful presence. Dr. Martin was compassionate, funny, respectful, and genuinely brilliant at what he did. Even when my teeth weren’t in the best shape, he never shamed me or made me feel uncomfortable—something that’s incredibly rare and meaningful. I always felt safe in his care.
