I’ve been seeing Dr Theepthy Kantharuban for Invisalign and other treatment and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s incredibly thorough which made me feel really safe and looked after throughout. She explains all the options clearly and never pushes you into treatments you don’t want. I’m a nervous patient and I recently came in to the clinic and was greeted by the most unwelcoming receptionist, older lady with an accent. So was so rude to me and to the other girl on the desk. She was talking to another client about their medical history really loudly and condescending too it was really uncomfortable. Her tone was totally uncalled for. She wasn’t there when I came out but if she was I would have said something to her. This is a beautiful clinic but I really think they need to invest in someone new or train this lady on customer care. I feel as though I should report to t…
