I’ve been seeing Dr Theepthy Kantharuban for Invisalign and other treatment and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s incredibly thorough which made me feel really safe and looked after throughout. She explains all the options clearly and never pushes you into treatments you don’t want. When I wanted a few tweaks, she was completely open to it and genuinely wanted me to be happy with the final result. I’m a nervous patient and I recently came in to the clinic and was greeted by the most unwelcoming receptionist, older lady with an accent. So was so rude to me and to the other girl on the desk. She was talking to another client about their medical history really loudly and condescending too it was really uncomfortable. Her tone was totally uncalled for. She wasn’t there when I came out but if she was I would have said something to her.
