I've had a wonderful experience with this practice so far. I went in with leg ulcers and unknown suspected auto immune issues. Beatrice started doing my dressing changes and was fabulous. She reffered me to a tissue viability nurse and I got in straight away. She also always made sure to book my next appointment for me before I left and was in communication with my doctor. I’ve been coming to this clinic for the last 6 weeks getting my dressing changed after an abscess was surgically removed. I had the pleasure of being looked after by Beatrice at almost all of my appointments. What can I say about Beatrice? She’s sooooooo lovely! She’s kind, caring and really gentle and she really took care of not hurting me every time she changed my dressing. If you ever get treated by Beatrice, you will be in such good hands with her. I had a very positive experience with my GP, Ms VAESSEN Beatrice. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly and patiently, and carried out a very thorough check-up. I never felt rushed, and she made sure I understood each step, which really put me at ease. It’s rare to find a doctor who is both so knowledgeable and genuinely attentive.
