I visited Surrey Docks Dental Practice yesterday and was treated by Dr Bhavna. From the moment she welcomed me, I felt completely at ease. I genuinely felt like half of my toothache disappeared straight away! With over 25 years of experience in customer service, I value professionalism and genuine care, and Dr Bhavna embodies both. It's clear she loves her patients and her work. A special thank you as well to the fantastic reception team for their friendliness and hard work. An excellent experience from start to finish. I lost a filling two days before going on holidays and was in total panic. The staff at Surrey Docks Dental were amazing, they organised an appointment for me for the next day. I saw Dr Safari who was very reassuring and highly skilled. He made this visit a painfree and pleasant experience. Special thanks also to Ivana, the Practice Manager, who always has a friendly word for the patients. You guys are all amazing, thank you!!

Ruben the hygienist was wonderful. Really friendly and kind and he was caring and gentle. He explained everything really well. The receptionists were also lovely. Nillar and Jinky were really kind and friendly and patient with smiles. Thank you team 🧡🙏
