I was recommended this clinic and Dr. João by a family member, and I’m extremely grateful. I travel about an hour for my appointments, but it’s absolutely worth it, plus the clinic is just a 1-minute walk from the tube/bus station. Well connected. The reception team is polite and professional. Dr. João is reassuring, transparent, always on time, and an excellent professional. I highly recommend this clinic for general treatments nhs/private. They also offer other services, although I haven’t tried them yet.

I visited this dentist for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I found the dentist to be unfriendly and it really wasn’t a warm welcome to the practice. Additionally, payment was taken before my appointment which I find really odd. I was subsequently booked in for further appointments and upon my second visit the same dentist was equally as unfriendly. The hygienist I saw was pleasant and this appointment was fine. The charges were incredibly confusing and some I haven’t been able to claim back through my insurance. I believe I may have been mislead and am now out of pocket. I don’t think…
