As a new patient, I've found the service to be very friendly and professional that offers a very relaxed and calming environment. I'm pleased to have made them my choice of dental practice.
I had an appointment today because of someone s cancellation and was lucky enough to have the appointment with Dr Sam......what a marvellous experience! Dr Sam is both firm and gentle.....I felt I was in really good hands. My appointment last year with her was to build up an almost non existent tooth...still going strong!!!! Always received with such welcoming warmth by receptionists...
Under Ola Sadiq this was a wonderful family dentist. Ola was not only skilled and knowledgeable but warm and understanding. She supported my neurodivergent son brilliantly with his dental check ups and I felt confident in my own dental care too. Receptionist Kim was also lovely. Sadly, the new and remaining staff we’ve encountered are ALL awful. The dentist radiates zero warmth, is highly judgemental and does nothing to put my little boy at ease. When it emerged that my son would need fillings and/or dental surgery I requested a referral to paediatric dentistry realising that for something …
Always amazing service at this practice! Receptionist Elle is so welcoming, nurse Laura is always so helpful, and the dentists are genuinely lovely. Since the new owners have taken over, there have been some really positive changes, and I’m excited to see what’s to come.
