Dr Bayat is truly the best in his field. I was told to go to the hospital to extract my wisdom tooth after calling the NHS helpline. They sent me to an emergency dentist and they were unable to do it as it is a complex procedure. Luckily, Southside had a cancellation and Dy Bayat extracted it in minutes and it was painless.
The receptionist are super patient and helpful. Mo was extremely nice and calming, also I was in a rush and he did a quick thorough job. I would schedule with him everytime if I could
Absolutely Appalling Service, Avoid at All Costs I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dental practice. I registered with them and was immediately charged a £25 deposit, which was not returned for almost a month. I had to repeatedly chase this up and only then was I told that they required my full card details including expiry date and security code in order to process the refund. At no point was this explained clearly when the payment was taken. The receptionist failed to explain that I was being seen as an emergency patient rather than being properly registered. I wa…
