Soho Dental Care

I waited for nearly 3 months for an appointment just to see the hygienist! I asked on 2/3 occasions if they could book me in any earlier, however I was told that it wasn’t possible because “The appointment is for one hour” You can imagine my disappointment then when I was called into the surgery at 4:05pm and out by 4:25pm! So that makes 20 minutes! NOT ONE HOUR! So I waited almost 3 months to see a hygienist for a 20 minute appointment! I registered there 3 months ago and I’ve still not even seen a dentist yet! I don’t know what kind of scam this place is running, but something isn’t right…

Thank God ! A practice that remembers that happy patients make a practice with a fine reputation. From the receptionist, who made sure I I knew where the toilet was ( it was urgent, and I couldn't concentrate on my registration) to the very welcoming dentist, who explained all aspects of my care. Was expecting that, especially after my last dentist who didn't smile, but waited, tools posed, to inspect my mouth, not giving me a breather to spit , nor checking on my well fare or comfort during sessions . A welcome change - thank you !!

How many dental professionals give you a brief break mid tooth filling? Mine did, after I raised my hand for something else. The most thoughtful and polite experience. I really hope to stay here until I die ,no joke.

had two fillings on top front teeth. one is good but the other came off that evening. Have been unable to reach Soho Dental since then. Tried phoning but ended up with message saying they would call me back. Anxious to repair the failed filling.
