I received a really good hygienist clean at this practice. Very thorough and she took her time and gave me nice dental advice with how to keep my teeth healthy and less sensitive too. My teeth feel great and are so white!
It’s been a while that I have visited a dentist. This dentist that I had visited 5 years ago, was the one I came back to, after a while. I booked a last minute appointment, that I appreciate all the efforts made. However I did a scale and polish higiene, where I felt that it wasn’t done gently nor was it done property. After seeing my teeth in the mirror, I had to ask for it to be done again, as apparently ‘dentist did not see’ that is weird and the dentist did not look bothered, by his face. However it was done, so round 2 it was.Then my teeth were polished for 20 seconds, what polish trea…

It is extremely frustrating to deal with the service provided by the clinic. I scheduled my appointment for today at 5:30 PM. Upon arrival, I found the clinic closed. Whatever the unforeseen circumstances might have been, I believe they could be acceptable, but I did not receive any message or call informing me of what had happened. This treatment shows a great lack of respect for the customer, as it takes me nearly an hour to travel from work to the clinic. I must inform you that this disrespect has happened to me before.
