I had the best experience with Dr Shana Sohal and her reception assistant - I came in an hour and a half earlier to my appointment (i missed calculated my time) and they managed to see me straight away. They were super friendly and did an amazing job with my hygiene clean and consultation! 100% recommend!

I went to this dentist thinking it would be the same treatment I got years ago. It was not, the clean and polish was not good and was very quick and rushed. I also, tried to rebook my whitening to another day and was told that not only could I not rebook to another day as they only do Mondays but I would have to pay for £45 charge for not being able to change the day. He then changed it to the following Monday but still charged me £45 even though it was not my fault that I had called the previous day and requested to change the day and was not granted. Absolutely fantastic experience, I had missed dental appointments for two years for various reasons, and was quite nervous about attending an appointment for the first time ever. My dentist was super positive and thorough and made me feel at ease. She talked me through the examination and was completely non judgemental. I would highly recommend this practice and will be keeping up with my 6 month appointments. I left feeling refreshed and upbeat.

Perfectionistic in a great way, and always prioritising their patients’ needs. Great advice given on how to effectively upkeep your now shiny and hygienicly clean gnashers!
