I had a crown cemented in November and have been experiencing intermittent pain. I called today to schedule a follow-up appointment for the dentist to review their own work, which is a standard procedure in any professional medical or dental practice. A receptionist with ZERO training in dentistry and ZERO credentials starts arguing and telling me she doesn't know how I can think a dentist can make a mistake when I got my crown recemented 8 months ago. Crowns last decades not MONTHS. You're not supposed to pay hundreds of pounds for a recementing that comes off after 8 months! So, not on…
