I had an emergency dental appointment at Smilepod CanadaPlacewith Dr CristinaDiaz. I felt so comfortable and safe the whole time. The dentist was amazing—she explained everything to me step by step and really helped calm my nerves. I also had a great experience with the receptionist, who was super kind and took the time to explain my payment options and answer all my questions. I truly loved Smilepod and would recommend it to anyone, especially if you feel anxious about going to the dentist. Such a caring and supportive team!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Gino Castro during a crown checkup. He was patient and professional, and the entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. I also had a hygienist treatment with Angi who is always doing amazing work and gives me very useful tips how to look after my teeth. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming as soon as I entered and been welcomed by a very kind receptionist, especially appreciated since dental visits usually make me anxious. Thank you to Dr. Gino and the whole team!
Very impressed with my service with Dr Ilze. She has been very patient and wonderful throughout the process. Had a great Invisalign treatment and couldn’t be more happy! Thank you to everyone for your lovely service :)
Terrible. Needed an emergency dentist appointment and as I went in to book the lady at the desk completely ignored me while I was clearly standing in front of her while she was too busy on her phone. Avoid and go elsewhere, rubbish.
