I recently visited Smile London, and I had a great experience. Dr. Punkit was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. The dental procedure was done smoothly, and the pricing was very affordable compared to other clinics. The clinic itself is clean, nice, and well-maintained, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for quality dental care at a reasonable price!
I had an extremely poor experience with this practice and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The service was highly unprofessional from start to finish. Communication was poor, there was a complete lack of care, and I was never provided with a proper UK-standard dentistry treatment plan. They deviated from what I had agreed and even changed the surgeon on the day of treatment without proper explanation or consent. Appointments were constantly delayed, and I repeatedly had to chase Melissa just to get booked in. Delays were blamed on surgeons availability and even their own staff op…
Had a lovely time at smile London with lovepreet she made me feel super comfortable the whole time! Done a good job :) even when talking about little adjustments she ensured that she would do everything she could to make me happy, would recommend
Such a scam, do not go here! I recently agreed to get veneers with them and paid £6,000, however, due to unexpected reasons I had to cancel and ask for a refund. It’s now been 3 months with NO REFUND, and they’re ghosting me. I’ve decided to contact a collections agency. They are extremely rude and unprofessional, and honestly are horrific to deal with!
