I cannot recommend Dr. Dhulaxy and her incredible assistant, Dina, highly enough. I came into the practice for the first time on an emergency visit, feeling the weight of some very difficult personal times and the natural anxiety that comes with urgent dental work. From the moment I sat in the chair, the atmosphere changed completely. The level of care and empathy I received was unlike anything I’ve experienced in a medical setting. My children and I had an excellent experience at Perfect Smile in Woking today. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put us at ease. The appointment was efficient, the office was spotless, and I never felt rushed. Most importantly, the care was gentle and thorough. I had such a fantastic experience during my check-up with Dr Shiva and Zhen. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warm hospitality from Elena and Plamena. The check-up itself was very thorough and all my questions were answered. Every effort was made to make me feel comfortable. The scale and polish has left my teeth sparking white! Dr Reema has got to be one of the best dentists I’ve had in my life (I’ve had alot) she instantly made me feel so comfortable and carefully explained everything in such a way that reduced my dental anxiety. I went to her with a very problematic tooth and she instantly made it better and gave me so l much hope in restoring it .
