Smile and Shine Dental Practice

This guy comes across as polite, but I've had enough. I've been a few times for 'cleanings,' but noticed that he eventually stopped doing any polishing. Today, I told him that I need x-rays as I was feeling some pain, and wasn't sure if it was just my grinding habit, or something else. He lectured me about not needing x-rays, and I reminded him that I was due for them regardless, as it had been a few years since he gave me one. Wonderful practice. Great staff and very good at their job. So glad I could get myself and my son a place there as patients. They’re amazing with kids which is wonderful!! Very happy with my experience so far ☺️

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews but had a great experience at this dentist. Receptionist was lovely and very professional and the dentist was also really pleasant and put me at ease. I struggled to find any dentists in the area that were accepting NHS clients but this practice was accommodating and I have another appointment booked in a weeks time to sort out a filling that is much needed. The place itself is a bit basic but my experience was great.

Been attending this dentist for a few years now due to not liking changes however I missed one appointment & just went back since. My treatment was disgusting! I was filling in forms with the receptionist standing over me & I wasn’t able to write a simple date due to my anxiety & being watched, I told her which she said should I turn around like it was a joke.
