I had a great experience at this dental office. The staff was warm and friendly, and the dentist took the time to clearly explain everything. I really appreciated how they walked me through all of the treatment options without rushing, making sure I understood each one. It made the whole visit feel comfortable and reassuring. Highly recommend!
Great Dentist surgery. Always accommodating when booking appointments, and the staff are very friendly. Dr. Masoud Saeid has recently replaced a few old fillings for me and he has been amazing. Calm, polite and informative. I would highly recommend this dental surgery.
Good initial experience but bad follow up. Dentist recommended a replacement of my filling (I had it less than a year ago so had follow up questions) and a mouth guard at c. £400. Receptionist made me sign something then blankly stared at me while I asked for it to be emailed. Invoice wasn’t emailed to me, I have tried emailing and calling on more than one occasion and the phone number goes to an answering machine while emails aren’t responded to. I will procure an online custom mouth guard service at half the cost and presumably just find a different dentist to discuss the filling
