Smart Dental and Aesthetic

I visited Smart Dental and Aesthetics in October 2024 for a Groupon check-up and airflow clean. The clinic felt comfortable and welcoming, but I was told I needed a filling. I requested a copy of my x-rays and the treatment proposal, they emailed me a quote of £310.50, which included a 10% discount. The dentist then followed up with emails encouraging me to book "to avoid dental issues". I later saw my regular dentist, who did an x-ray and check-up and confirmed that I had no issues. Based on this experience, I chose not to return.

My experience with this dentist has been outstanding. She uses very high tech equipment for the exams and analysis, which makes everything clear and reassuring. She treated my cavities with amazing care, never rushed, and always explained each step in a way that felt calm and supportive. She is genuinely gentle, which makes such a difference if you are usually nervous at the dentist. I left feeling looked after and confident in the treatment. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a appointment with Dr Sarah a little white back and completely forgot to leave a review. Her service was incredibly thorough, she even spotted issues that other NHS dentists had missed using their innovative 3D teeth scan which I had never seen before!! The hygienist appointment left my teeth brilliantly clean and white. Everyone at the clinic was lovely and kind, from the friendly receptionist to Dr Sarah herself. Thank you so much

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The clinic is beautiful, clean, and has a very homely atmosphere with a pleasant smell that makes you relax instantly. The instruments are spotless, and the infection control standards are clearly very high. Dr. Shaadi is extremely professional and explains everything in detail, which really builds trust. I had a dental check-up including an airflow cleaning — honestly, it felt like a spa for my teeth! It made me realize how important it is to look after my oral health. Highly recommended.
