Despite having two receptionists present, phone calls and emails go unanswered. This lack of communication makes it extremely difficult for parents to receive timely assistance and support. More importantly, I am deeply concerned about the standard of care being delivered. It appears that basic procedures are not being carried out, resulting in unnecessary discomfort and distress for children. I strongly urge that an immediate review of these services be conducted to ensure that proper procedures are followed and that children receive the safe, attentive, and professional care they deserve
