I cannot recommend Dr Mansour and the whole team at Shirland Dental enough. Not only are they extremely professional, they are so welcoming and accommodating, whether it’s last min changes to appointments or arriving with a toddler in tow for treatment. Dr Mansour frequent check ins during Invisalign kept me disciplined and instead of rushing a job she encouraged a longer process to ensure everyone was happy with the end result. Couldnt recommend a better dental practice! I visited Shirland Dental Practice at Queens Park on a Sunday afternoon in extreme pain after wisdom tooth extraction abroad. Dr. Mansour was incredible: she met me immediately, showed me kindness and empathy and put me on a path to recovery within minutes and days. I really appreciated how she gave me timelines and thresholds on what to expect during the course of the treatment. Highly recommend her for trauma injury or kids given how gentle and clear she is. Fahad, the young man at the reception, really stood out and made me feel welcome right away and even offered me a drink while I waited. It’s those small touches that make a big difference.
