I had such a genuinely lovely experience at Shape Dental Clinic in Kilburn. You can feel the warmth the moment you walk in — everyone greets you like they’re actually happy to see you, which instantly takes the edge off any nerves. Dr. Gilson deserves a special shout‑out. He’s one of those rare dentists who manages to be both incredibly professional and genuinely kind at the same time. He explained everything calmly, checked in often, and made the whole appointment feel surprisingly relaxed. The whole team clearly cares about the people who come through their door, not just the treatments…

I had a good experience with my dentist. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to check the issue I came in with carefully. She also recommended a gel for my gums that’s already helping. What really made the visit even better was the receptionist, Nilufar. She was incredibly friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great team all around!
