Despite having had constant recommendations from a friend for years, I have only recently become a patient of Salisbury House Dental Practice. Ian Greenwood, an excellent dentist, is very thorough and has taken great care of me, explaining in depth various ways of dealing with my dental problem and making sure I am not in discomfort. He has an extremely pleasant team of a very helpful and friendly dental nurse and a receptionist, Diego who is knowledgeable and kind. I am pleased to have found them.
"I had a very disappointing experience with this dentist. During my appointments, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. For instance, when I asked about keeping a tooth as is, I was met with rude and dismissive comments. Additionally, the dental work, including a composite filling in one of my molars, led to prolonged discomfort and sensitivity that lasted over a year and still remains sensitive. To make matters worse, the crown he placed came out after just 4 weeks. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.
What a brilliant practice, had dental work done with Dr. Ian and I feel so great since my treatment. I can smile confidently and the post treatment checks were quick and easy. Very lovely staff, highly recommend.
Professional, expert, kind and gentle every time, Ian Greenwood is a fantastic dentist. Diego runs the practice seamlessly, and they deal calmly with every situation, routine or more complicated. I've been a patient for about 15 years, and look at my white teeth and happy smile!
