S3 Dental Eltham

I called this morning due to being in intense pain, the lovely receptionists did everything they could to get me seen as soon as possible, to which I was at the practice within the hour! Especially Dr Maaria and her lovely assistant, you both calmed me down and reassured me, held my hand as I’m petrified of needles. I cannot thank you both enough for helping ease my pain so rapidly! Thankyou so much xx

The staff are always welcoming and well informed , my only criticism is that a receptionist will not pronounce my name correctly. When I said how it was pronounced her reply was that I probably could not pronounce her name properly! Each time I attend, I introduce myself with my full name so if she paid attention she would learn how to pronounce it correctly, surely it is a common courtesy!

Dr. Maaria and Dr. Hussam are absolute life savers! I came in for an emergency extraction after my tooth cracked over Christmas. The procedure was a bit more complicated as the tooth also cracked at the root, so at one point they ware both involved. For someone who is petrified of dentists I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. The way they both reassured me, talked me through what is happening, allowed me to take my time and consistently checked what I needed, was just incredible. I’m beyond grateful to them both. After many yrs being treated by Dr Sami and building confidence in him. I have to say I was unnerved seeing an alternate Dentist. Unfortunately the pain I was experiencing left me with little choice. On two occasions now I’ve been treated by Dr Abtahi and Christina (hope I got the young ladies name correct). May I just say that I’ve been very Impressed with the treatment I’ve received. Not only polite, patient, Informative but also extremely professional throughout. My initial concerns were soon erased and I’m very grateful for their upmost expertise, care and commitment.
