Super annoyed I need to leave this dentist as I did like going here the past few years. For some random reason, they decided to scrap the Hygiene option costing £85 which I have been getting for years and after investing into a new Hygiene cleaning machine (which im all for by the way) is now costing £130! Again no issues with getting new equipment to make life easier and give customers a better clean but don't take away the cheaper option. A jump from £85 to £130 is quite significant in my view.
I have very sensitive teeth and dread any visits to the hygienist. This was my first time at Riverside Dental and was quite anxious. The staff were wonderful and the hygienist did a fantastic job! They did everything they could to keep me informed, comfortable and supported. I highly recommend this business!
After a bad experience with other dentist, I decided to give this place a try, and I’m so glad I did! The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel at ease from the start. The results have been fantastic, and I’m really happy with the care I received. Thanks so much for everything – highly recommend!
