I visited Richmond Dental Center for the first time. I have to say that I am one of those people for whom the word dentist causes "horror" :)))) I always go with fear and prepare for it like it's my last day of my life:))) but this time everything was different. I felt much at home and very relaxed. It's a very beautiful and cozy clinic. Wonderful staff, very warm and caring people. I calmly went to the procedure and before I knew its my treatment was fully completed. I came to this practice because I was looking for a second opinion — and I'm so glad I did. I emailed the practice with my problem and asked for a second opinion, and l received a response very quickly. After that, I decided to come in for a check-up. This practice is amazing. The atmosphere was very pleasant and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. After my first visit, I came back to continue my treatment — and I have now stayed with this practice. I’ve been a patient at Richmond Dental Centre for several years now, and I can genuinely say it’s the best dental practice I have attended. The team are always professional, kind, and meticulous in everything they do. They take the time to explain each step of the treatment and make sure you feel completely comfortable throughout.
