I would not recommend this dental practice! Please note they use 3 different Google businesses under different names as their reviews are so bad! “Dental Practice” & “Maida Vale Dentist” as well as “Quex Dental Care” all the same address. (We have since found much more professional, kind, conscientious and honest service locally - do your research and read other recent reviews similar to our experience) My partner attended for what we believed would be a routine hygienist appointment. When the £40 deposit was taken over the phone, we were not informed that the appointment was private or th…
Me, my girlfriend and our 2 year old daughter have only things to say about the care we have had here. Friendly and helpful reception staff, and the care from the dentists and the hygienist has been professional and high quality.
My husband and I brought our sleeping Son for his first ever dentist check up, The dentist was so lovely, friendly and gentle. A great experience and when he woke up was happy to receive a sticker from her :) thank you
Dentist Aseel hana was very cold and unfriendly. She was Arabic or South African. Couldn’t tell. She was borderline rude, indifferent and had an attitude problem. I was treated as if I was cattle. She poked around with her sharp tools like I wasn’t human. I have a follow up appointment, but now cancelled. If you want to be treated with little human respect, warmth or friendliness, and want a dentist that doesn’t even say bye as you leave. Step this direction.
