Very disappointed. This is the third time I’ve waited over an hour past my appointment. Some staff have even said it’s “because you’re from NHS,” which is unprofessional and unacceptable. Patients should be treated with respect, not differently based on how their treatment is funded
Prompt treatment for my mum in her nursing home. Couldn't have been better. Highly recommended!
I was really impressed with this dental practice. I was told very clearly as to what to expect at the onset, and was kept informed throughout the procedure. After care was also explained thoroughly. Dr Ola and his team were extremely professional, kind and patient. Well worth the 300 mile round trip!
Came when required very efficient worth the cost to ease the pain, NHS offered home visit within 4 to 6 months.
