I took my daughter to this dentist some time ago because she needed a dental cleaning and had a toothache. The cleaning was supposedly done properly, but surprisingly, when we went to her regular dentist in our home country, they said the cleaning had not been done correctly and would need to be redone thoroughly, as my daughter was still experiencing discomfort in her teeth. I would not return to this dentist, even though the dentist who treated her was very kind, because the facilities were old and dirty, there was no toilet paper, and the reception staff were very unprofessional.

The dentist was rude, mygogynist and discriminatory. The place is dirty ( attached pictures) and the toilets disgusting, old, rusty, no toilet paper and soap, very surprising level of hygiene for a dentist. I came with my baby and they made intrusive comments about “why don’t your husband look after your baby, don’t you have friends”. The dentist he told me not to come with my baby for the next appointment, to which I explained I will have to come back with my baby ( hello)! They proceeded to take X rays and charge them. This dentist, though unassuming is one of the nicest experiences of a dentist I have had. The receptionist and the dentist himself are very kind, gentle friendly and polite. I can't fault the quality of the treatment so far. I would recommend highly.

I felt compelled to write a review as I rarely do. But reading the other reviews I was shocked. I’ve used this dentist for many years and I’ve unfortunately had to have many treatments. This is the best dentist by far. I’ve tried others and had to return. The surgery itself may need up dating but I feel the treatment by Dr Ocansey far outweighs the aesthetic of the building. He is really experienced, and knows what he’s doing and I’ve always found him to be professional and puts me at ease as my nerves can get the better of me.
