This was my first visit to this dentist. All the staff were very professional and caring, from the receptionists to the nurses and dentists. A special thank-you to Dr. Khushbu Patel, who looked after me so well. She’s an amazing professional and so kind. I would totally recommend this clinic. I must say, the treatment I received was equal to or even better than that of a fully private clinic. Many thanks!
My experience with Plumstead Dental Surgery was excellent. The dental team were professional, welcoming, and very friendly, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment was clearly explained, and great care was taken throughout the visit. I would highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality dental care in Plumstead.
I had a very bad experience here. I had my child’s appointment cancelled 5 times stating staff gone sick. They would always text you on the same day regarding cancellation. They are giving more priority to paid customers.And they would never ever pick up the phone. And I had to walk in to make another. And aways find them unprofessional. It’s completely disgrace. I always question how on earth are they operating. AVOID
I would give 0 stars if I could! The worst dental surgery I have ever been to. The dentist named OCTAVIO did root canal on a good tooth accidentally only to find this out in my next appointment with a different dentist. Tooth broke, had to have an extraction. Lost a tooth for no reason. Reception & Management very unprofessional & no customer service at all! Absolutely disgraceful. DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS PRACTICE especially if you are a nervous person about dental treatments! SAVE YOURSELF.
