Duncan replaced a broken filling for me. He was rushed & rude when I said filling was too high and initially would not adjust , then he over filed. He refused to carry on working with me when I questioned the plan he intended on MY teeth. Filling was a total failure , less than 6 months later I needed a replacement as a cavity formed under the filling. Yes he gave me the money back. But almost loosing a tooth in my mouth to me is priceless. I don’t recommend.
I received as always excellent dental treatment and care at Plowman & Partners over the years. The staff are especially cordial and the environment is clean, stylish and elegant. Dr Jack Mirza is the most professional, kind and sincere and highly skilled dental surgeon I've encountered thus far. He makes you feel comfortable as I am an anxious patient, but never so when under his care. And his assistant Luda is lovely too.
I have been using this dental practice for over 2 decades. Amazing customer service and not to mention great dental care and professional hygienists . Eleanor who works at the reception is amazing, kind and extremely professional. Amanda who looks after my teeth is a gracious and professional hygienist and when I leave I know my teeth have been cleaned and remain plaque free for months . I cannot recommend this practice enough.
The whole team at Plowman and Partners are friendly, efficient and welcoming. Duncan inspires confidence with his excellent, expert care and Amanda the hygienist is highly skilled, knowledgeable and kind. A really excellent dental practice all round.
