Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally complain about the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment my wife and I experienced during our dental appointment last night. We attended the appointment together as a married couple, which has never been an issue before. However, upon entering the room, we were spoken to in a raised and inappropriate manner and questioned as to why it was not written that we would attend together. I saw the advert outside the practice on Friday and called on Monday. As an NHS patient, I would have been offered an appointment the following day if I had been available, which honestly astounded me. The dentist I met with was absolutely amazing. She took her time and talked me through the options in great detail. I have never felt so comfortable, and I really appreciated her flexibility when arranging my follow-up appointment. I truly left feeling speechless. I would highly recommend this dentist.

Great new offices, offerring a Bright and cheerful, Reception area, and staff as helpful and friendly as ever. My consulting room was fabulous also. When I arrived at the clinic, I informed the receptionist that two people were coming and provided both names. However, we were only given one form by the receptionist, and I was not aware that a separate form was required for my friend. When the dentist called us in, I explained that my friend was attending with me. She appeared nervous and told me that next time I should inform the receptionist that two people were coming.
