How the mighty have fallen. A few years ago this was once a great place. Now you cant even book an appointment properly. Online appointment booking was great and simple… doesn’t work, and hasn’t for ages. Opening hours don’t seem to be accurate anymore. Literally no one answers the phone and when you do leave a message they don’t call back for days. You can only book appointments on certain days which is madness. Then they start cold calling you to get you to book an appointment but always during work hours so I can’t ever answer the call! I call back and guess what. No one answers! And to …

Great experience from start to finish! I saw Dr Aby for an airflow hygiene appointment after having postponed it for too long and she immediately made me feel very comfortable and the treatment restored my confidence in painless cleaning treatment which I had not experienced since many years ago back in France! She also took the time to properly explain flossing in a way that finally made sense to me so I definitely plan to return and will recommend her to my landlady as well.

really not happy with this clinic. not professional , not good service. never come again, never recommend to others. Thanks for response. The reason for complaint was that a total four times booking were made, but you cancelled three for various reasons ( Doctor's sick, the system's problem etc ) on the last day ! The last appointment was rebooked on the phone which I thought it was on Thursday, I did not received a confirming message and neither reminder text, so I went to your clinic on Thursday at 2pm.
