Penerley Road Dental Practice

over 2 weeks wait for a dentist appointment for a half broken tooth with the nerve completely out, then they cancelled my appointment due to dentist being sick, and then when i tried to rebook they asked me to wait another 2 weeks!! Both times saying they’ll keep me in mind which they never do! Something like this is atrocious I would class a broken tooth with an alive nerve fully out an emergency! do not come here if you have a dental emergency!

I booked an appointment as I have been experiencing severe tooth and jaw pain,cheek and jaw swelling, foul smell from my mouth, inability to chew food and inability to sleep due to the severe pain of my left lower tooth. It is the fourth time that I have experienced this, the first time in 2020. For the 3 times this happened, I was prescribed antibiotics (Metronidazole) to address the issue. Another wonderful visit at this dentist. Always do their best to fit you in within a few days, reminders, friendly and polite staff. Love my Dentist ,not going to name him , don't want him to busy 10/10
