Previous patience commented he had been number 2 in the queue for a while and wondered if receptionist was working someone from your establishment said receptionist are hard working well I'm not disputing that. They do work hard. Why have I been caller number 1 for the over hour? Is there an issue with your phones? Receptionists talk to patience for over hr? I went to see hieginist today for stain removal and polish. Costing roughly £60 for 30 min appointment. I booked 9am appointment. The hygienist was 15 mins late, was incredibly painful when removing stains and the tool she used kept being too hot and burning side of mouth, then when polishing she only did front ones on outside. I looking in the mirror and saw loads of stains still and she said I need to book a longer appointment. I then checked the time once I'd left and I was still meant to have 8 minutes left! So I went in to complain and was told I'd asked to leave early which I did not.…
Been a customer for 14 years and always liked the clinic. I tried to book an appointment for the past 3 days but nobody answers the phone. I had to look for another clinic unfortunately.
Receptionist lady who wears a hijab is really nice and kind, she's very friendly, adaptive to your needs. The implantologist here + their assistant are both super nice, their treatment was virtually pain free (aside from the healing phase). So supportive. Highly recommend
