Very friendly and good job been going here all my life and the same dentist for 20 years

Worst place when it comes to dealing with complaints. They cancelled my appointment without telling me so I just wasted my time going there. And the worst part, the receptionist was very rude, did't even say sorry and manager never replied to my email.

Shame on you. I brought my 4-year-old daughter here after she developed pain following a filling. We waited TWO hours for an “emergency” appointment, only to be told there was nothing that could be done—either she should just suffer or have the tooth pulled out. That was the only “solution” given. When I tried to ask reasonable questions—could the filling be too high? could the pain settle?—the dentist brushed me off and spoke down to me in a harsh, judgmental tone. Instead of offering care, she lectured me that cavities are “preventable” and blamed me as a parent. How dare you? My daught…

This has been my dentist since I was very young, now I've moved out of London I still come here. Dr. Tarvee and Laura were amazing and so accommodating. They both have such an amazing vibe that made me feel so comfortable, and I left my appointment smiling more than before :D Keep up the great work!
