Paediatric and Special Care Community Dental Service Barkantine Health Centre

Receptionists are awful, the system they have in place is very complicated and they don't seem to know what they are doing half the time! The student nurses are wonderful though, it's just the lack of organisation that lets it all down

Very incompetent reception staff and admin!!! Zero help even when you inside!!! Minus zero stars not one.

Dentists & staff are good but it is absolutely impossible to reach the reception by telephone because the line is always engaged or there is no reply! so frustrating

they don't receive phone i call many times now 9.15am morning i don't understand
