I booked an emergency appointment a week ago, I was seen the day after my call and it all went smoothly from booking to having an x-ray through the nhs and be reassured that there was no decays on a tooth with a big inlay that was hurting ( probably due to clenching )
I would highly recommend Stuart who did a great job on fitting a new crown recently. I was very nervous to even sit in the dentist chair after a traumatic experience with my previous dentist but Stuart dealt with this well by being very calm and patient with me and explaining everything carefully before and during the treatment. He is an excellent communicator and dentist who I trust to do a good job.
First time coming as a new NHS patient and had a great experience. Both lady's on reception were helpful and kind. Dentist and hygienist were also lovely. Nice calm atmosphere inside and it was very clean. After having not the best experiences at other practices in the past I am truly grateful for all staff who helped me have anamazingc visit especially when not being fond of going to the dentist. Thank you again
The dentists here are incredibly friendly and highly skilled. I had an emergency, and the entire process—from the explanation to the treatment—was handled excellently. I felt well informed and well cared for throughout. Highly recommend
