Great experience. Reception very polite and helpful. I'm normally a nervous patient but felt relaxed and calm with denist and the dental nurse. Would recommend this dentist 👍
Very good Dentist. Clean and friendly environment. Fantastic hygienist who was very thorough and diligent. Took great care with me. My gums and teeth felt much better afterwards. Expensive but I imagine its the going rate for hygienists.
Today I attended OneOneNine Family Dental for a private hygienist appointment (£100), expecting a routine clean in a safe and professional environment. I explained at the start that I was nervous due to past dental trauma from childhood. From that moment on, the hygienist’s behaviour completely changed. She became visibly uncomfortable and dismissive. When I mentioned being scared of injections, she commented on my lips, asking if I’d had them injected — which felt inappropriate and irrelevant.
