I recently had a check-up with Jim, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. I’m usually very nervous about appointments and really don’t like going, but he made me feel completely at ease. He explained everything to me clearly and took the time to go through every detail, which really helped calm my nerves. I also had an appointment with the hygienist, Laura, and she was absolutely brilliant. She was kind, professional, and made the whole experience comfortable. Thank you both so much – you’re the best! I have been attending Odontica for some years now and have always found the level of customer service superb. They helped me vastly improve my oral health and the condition of my gums and teeth and I am able to maintain this through 6 monthly hygienist visits with Laura the Hygienist who is amazing. She is kind, funny, and thorough in her care and her knowledge. I highly recommend both Odontica and in particular, Laura!!! Jon Gilmartin
