I had a great experience with Paroo and the entire team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The treatment and timelines were clearly explained and I could fit the appointments around my busy work schedule. I’m so happy with the results!
I took my mother for her annual check up with the Dentist (Ray Loke) and hygienist (Elena). My mother is elderly, deaf in one ear, and suffers from diabetes. She was also nervous about seeing her dentist (as we all are!). I was absolutely blown away by the personal service, care and attention she received. The dentist spoke to her very kindly and patiently, and as a result she was perfectly calm throughout the check up. He also answered all her questions carefully and thoughtfully. The Best team money can buy helped me feel confident to smile again. If you're even thinking of booking an Invisalign, get it done here. Dr Sarah Lee & Dr Paroo always make you feel comfortable with the whole process. An Michelle Best makes you feel welcome on each visit. It was a long journey of retainers to get to the final result. But Im still so happy with the final results and only wish I'd done it sooner.
