No notification for NHS previous customers of policy changes. They create prices just for the appointment without even doing any form of treatment. They do not treat their long standing clientele in the correct manner at all. At least have the decency to send an email/text message out of changes to their surgery. Would definitely avoid going to this place. The dentist herself didn't have any understanding and clearly wanted to charge as much as they can possibly rake in and wanted to argue at the front desk.
Dr S. Ally Azhar best and most successful dentist I have ever met. She does his job very well. She is very nice and helpful with patients. I have known this dentist for 16 years. She has done a lot of treatments for me and my family. We have never had the slightest problem. I am very lucky to have such a dentist. I wish her continued success.thank you . Likewise, the reception staff and their assistants are very helpful, I would also like to thank them.
This girl on a website said: I had such a traumatic experience at the dentist today. My face was swollen from a tooth infection and even though I’ve been on antibiotics for two days, the swelling wasn’t going down, so I booked an emergency extraction. When I got there, this Arab or Mediterranean looking male in his 50s dentist started interrogating me right in the waiting room. He asked where my “usual dentist” was, scoffed when I told him the one I normally go to is far, and said “we don’t do registered patients” even though my name is on their system. My partner went there for a clean and was charged £230 ABSOLUTE SCAM i called them on the phone to query the price as iv been going there for years and have never been charged this amount i politely asked her to speak to Dr Patel to over look the price as the receptionist said it was for a clean and a filler change but when i went to the practice she said she never mentioned anything about a filler change and had the audacity to BLOCK my number when iv been a patient there for several years. THEY ARE OUT FOR YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
