I had a really great experience at Night & Day Emergency Dentist. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Sara was incredibly kind and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. Dr Maria was absolutely amazing !!! she explained everything clearly, was very reassuring, and made the whole process feel much less intimidating. Couldn’t have been better. Nurse Rajae was also lovely and supportive throughout, which made a big difference. Dr Ali was amazing. From the moment I arrived, he made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. I have always felt quite anxious about going to the dentist, but for the first time I didn’t feel annoyed or terrified about being there. Dr Ali was patient, reassuring and professional throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure I felt at ease at every step. Excellent experience from start to finish. I’ve always had a deep distrust of dentists, so I was genuinely anxious going in, but Dr Ali was calm, professional, and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. The extraction was quick and handled with great care. Siri was very reassuring throughout the procedure, and Sara on reception was friendly and efficient. I’ve added a photo of the tooth that was removed, which shows just how necessary the treatment was. Very grateful for how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend.
