The staff at dental platinum are extremely friendly and helpful so the moment you walk into the place you feel very relaxed. They offer you coffee and water or both while you are sitting in reception. I have never seen this before in a dental practice. The treatment you receive is first class and I left feeling very happy after my dental hygienist appointment. I am very nervous of going to the dentist in general but not at this practice. They make you feel so relaxed. I look forward to my dental appointment coming up.
I have just finished my Aligner treatment with Dr Jaswinder Gill & I wanted to say that everything from start to finish has been absolutely amazing. Right from the first consultation, everything was explained to me in full detail, the photo, scan & simulation was discussed with me, as well as all my treatment options. The staff there are always accommodating, friendly & receptive. The treatment finished in time for my wedding, we needed one tiny refinement (as I’m very particular) & Dr Gill was happy to do this included in the price!
