Was seen for a routine check up at my regular Practice but by a new Dentist Dr Vivian. The appointment was for myself and my 7 year old daughter. This was by far the best treatment I have ever experienced at a Dentist! She was thorough, asked questions, listened to the answers and my concerns, provided advice that I hadn't known before, recommended products (some of which I purchased from the practice) and gave an altogether excellent level of service. I used to go to another Dentist and unfortunately he moved on and the new Dentist there wasn’t that great. He was very treacherous as in ripping people off so I rang up the dental association. They recommended me N22 back then it was a different dental technician straight away, I really liked this dental Clinic, was Old school, like when I was younger, I felt like they were honest and straightforward with what I had to get done to my teeth. I had a NHS referral to this practice to have a wisdom tooth removed. I was very nervous but they put me at ease and did an expert job removing the tooth quickly and efficiently. Very good service, thank you
