We have enjoyed excellent care service from Dr Fung . The surgery and staff are warm and welcoming. This has been our Dental Surgery for well over 20 years. When we were expecting our daughter we asked advice to create a positive experience for our child. Dr Fung's advice was sound as always and now our daughter enjoys visiting the dentist too. We have recommended our dentist to our friends who have been extremely grateful. Honestly, one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. The place felt chaotic, the care was sloppy, and I left feeling like I’d wasted both my time and money. Nothing about it inspired trust — I actually felt more anxious after leaving than I did before the appointment. I’m leaving this review anonymously because I don’t want the hassle of dealing with any pushback, but I think people should be warned. There are far better practices out there — I’d avoid this one if you value your teeth and peace of mind.
I have been going to Dr Fang's for over 10 years now. Wonderful team, and excellent dental work. I never thought I would say that I look forward to going to the dentist but thanks to them, I do!
Staff always polite and efficient Dr Fang always explains procedures and carries out procedures to a high standard nurse always works to high standard l and all my family have been patients at the practise for many years and would recommend this practice to my friends
