I took my son for a routine NHS check-up. During the visit, the dentist recommended placing a metal covering on a broken tooth and told me it was simple and would come off naturally. However, within 30 minutes of leaving the clinic, half of it came off. At the follow-up appointment, I was told removal might require an injection or sedation — something that was not explained before the treatment. As a parent, I was very disappointed by the lack of clear communication and felt my concerns were not properly addressed.
No problem with the dentists myself and the family have been coming here for 10+ years. Called today to book an appointment for a relative whom isn’t registered, Sarah or Sara on the front desk / reception was very rude, demanding and has the cheek to say I don’t like the tone of your voice when we’re having a normal conversion. Says she will hang up as apparently paying cash is unacceptable and you have to pay in advance to guarantee your appointment.. even though a couple of weeks back we went in and got an appointment on the day and paid on the day NOT IN ADVANCE. Returned after a few years. Staff very friendly and helpful. My previous dentist had left, I saw Cecilia for the first time. Excellent treatment and dental hygine advice.
I had an excellent experience with the Dentist Dr Indre. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The clinic was clean, modern, and well-organised, which immediately put me at ease. My appointment was thorough and Dr Indre took the time to explain everything clearly. She and her assistant was gentle, attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Keep up the great work team. Thank you
