I highly recommend this dental clinic. My dentist is a very gentle, patient, and kind professional. Many times people go to the dentist feeling scared or nervous, but she makes that fear disappear with her caring way of explaining everything and working so softly. She makes you feel calm and safe at all times. I would also like to highlight her assistant, who is very cheerful, fast, and always attentive, which makes the whole process much more comfortable and pleasant. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. We have visited several times, and on each occasion the receptionist has been noticeably unfriendly and unwelcoming towards my wife. The repeated uncomfortable looks and attitude have made us feel uneasy and disrespected. We believe every patient deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their background or appearance. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience here. Mint Dental are an exceptional dentist. They are super friendly and approachable, nothing seems to be too much trouble. The surgery is lovely and spotlessly clean, looks lovely too. My dentist, Dr Kishan, is just brilliant. He’s so diligent and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I have had such positive experiences my Dad also attended for treatment and he lives outside London.

The dentist I saw did not bother explaining different procedures, and booked me for a more expensive hygienist appointment without asking me which option I'd like. I only later on found out I was booked for more expensive option, with the dentist herself! It felt like she just wanted to get more money out of her patients rather than giving the patient an informed choice. It was my first time being to this dentist, and cannot say for sure whether this is reflective of Mint Centre overall or just this rogue dentist, but I for sure did not have a good experience so far.
