Five stars. I had an excellent experience at this dental practice. Dr Ana Richard provided outstanding care. She explained everything clearly. She listened carefully. She treated me with respect and patience. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the appointment. The treatment was professional and well organised. I highly recommend Dr Ana Richard and the practice.
I had a great experience with Dr Lucie Savatier. She was friendly, professional and very thorough. She clearly knew what she was doing and took time to explain everything as the appointment went on. It was also one of the best hygiene appointments I’ve had in a long time! Definitely worth the commute to Pimlico, it’s rare to find a dentist you can trust!
Dr Ana Richard - lendinez, she a lovely dentist, she made me feel welcome, and made me feel comfortable during the visit, I am always scared to go to the Dentist, but today I really enjoyed the experience. Also after the appointment the young receptionist that booked me for a routine appointment was really friendly and professional. I really look forward to see them soon. Dr Lucie Savatier performed an apicectomy when my existing root canal got infected. She was incredibly thorough on the pre-op, and explained to me all my options and possible complications from the surgery. She made me feel incredibly comfortable, and provided with after care, with a 6 months follow up appointment (as well as any other required appointments in between). Could not recommend her more!
