I have been going to this dentist (Dr Hamid Ghods) for 25 years and the service he and his team deliver is great. All the staff have been the same all that time too which tells you something. I was impressed that they chose not to go private but to serve the community instead. Also tells you something about their ethics. Nora is a great hygienist too. Thanks to the whole team for keeping my smile shiny 😁

I am now almost 78 and have had all my dental care at this surgery since the 80s. The staff are always very caring, and, professional. Their work excellent. When I’ve needed an emergency appointment they have always managed to squeeze me in . The building may be shabby but the care excellent . I would defiantly recommend this surgery.
Ive been using this dental PRA rice for over a year now and though the dentists themselves are friendly, the phone attendant Mahrukh is extremely rude, shouts on the phone, interrupts you but still acts on your behalf without consent like changing assigned dentists just because of 1 small issue and she didn't listen to the full situation. I called yesterday 16/1/2026 and was treated so badly I am writing this review as a marker for the practice and will also report to the NHS.
